"The window was cracked. The roof was leaking into the bedroom. No cleaner. Single bed 1 pillow 1 towel paid for double room. No lightswitch. 1 bulb between a lamp and a light with no switch. Sockets didnt turn off. "

Holiday Inn - the niu, Loom Manchester North by IHG

"The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. The hotel was very clean and had very good security. The bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed except tea making facilities but we knew that was the case and came prepared. The breakfast was generous and tasty. "
