Luxury Oceanfront at Southwind Resort - by Luxury Beach Rentals

Brand new to the Luxury Beach Rentals program, this oceanfront 2 bedroom suite on the 4th floor offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with access to the balcony and king bed / attached master bath with granite counter tops and tile flooring. The second bedroom offers two queen beds. Other features include flat screen smart TVs in every room, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. This condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Southwinds Unit 403

Very nice spacious unit. Very clean. It had everything you could need, except for beach chairs. It would be nice to have those, due to it being hard to bring them with you in your vehicle and the ones on the beach are so expensive. I would definitely recommend this place to others and will stay here again in the future if I get a chance to.

Beautiful condo, great beach

Wonderful time. The condo was as listed. Very clean and furniture was comfy. The pool/hot tubs are all great. The balcony chairs aren’t that comfortable but we made do and one night we wanted to watch tv but we couldn’t get any channels to load (Might have just been operator error though. Lol) It didn’t bother us we just played games instead. Would rent again in a heart beat.

Home away from home

Everything was perfect. The room we had to spread out, down to the silverware, which I loved!!! The grandkids had the best time playing on the beach and the lazy river! Thank you so much

To wake up every morning and have the morning coffee at the balcony overseeing the ocean is just the way to start the day. Bedrooms very nice and comfortable. Cozy livingroom and nice kitchen. Location is very good. Only 2-3 minutes from Kings hwy. We will stay again, that ́s for sure. 10 out of 10.

We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was exactly as pictured! We enjoyed a week at the beach. The room was very nice.The two things that needs work is on the king size bed the comforter was very dirty food or something stuck on it. We just got a new one from the closet. Easy fix. The other problem we had was the hot tubs and pools were dirty. Not the hosts fault.It was very windy one day so I get it being dirty but not everyday, host let us know a crane was being brought on to the building very quickly! Overall we had a great stay.
