"This place was very comfortable and spacious, with lovely views of Coffs Harbour. The extra touches from owner Kathy were appreciated like fresh bread and milk etc on arrival and also keeping in touch during our stay to check that everything was ok. "The location is great however many aspects of the property were disappointing: Basins and kitchen sink were not cleaned properly, kitchen benches also not clean. The tea towels were marked and had holes despite there being new ones in the linen closet. Fridge hadn't been cleaned either. The back deck has holes which were covered by a rug that also has holes. "Staff were fantastic. Very helpful since I needed to arrive late. Good spot in Coffs Harbour. Room had been updated since my last visit, but still a little dated looking. Really lacked ventilation after having a shower (late at night). The place was a bit of a maze to navigate, but fine once I found where I needed to be. Would visit again. "
