"There was a big problem at the beginning of our stay. Once we informed the host of the problem, he was apologetic and remedied the situation as soon as he could. This a very nice house and the location is great. The listing says 4 king beds, there are actually 4 queen beds. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms and there’s a half bathroom connected to the bedroom on the first floor. Bath towels were provided, but not wash cloths. Communication with the host was terrific, he reached out the day of check-in. There was a brief power outage as Duke energy was working just outside...

"Cozy but also spacious! Owner was very easy to get in touch with (not that we had many questions) neighbors were really friendly and we were super close to Charlotte as well as downtown Matthews. Everything we needed was in the house. Super comfortable stay and the house was really cute!"
