"Honestly, this is not my first time in Tanzania, however, this is the first time I have been to this hotel and it's much better than those who have called themselves 5 stars. The hotel staff, the cleanliness, the restaurant, convenience, shopping all get 5 Stars. Anyone traveling to Tanzania, this is where you need to be. Air condition, hot water, shopping, excellent service. "

"Staff is nice food is good..even the standard room was very nice with a neat air-conditioning setup...loved the shower first hott one I had in a long time..manager was VERY accommodating and made sure I was satisfied with my stay I will return again...plus it's in a nice area...I walked to nearby kookoos ...didn't get bothered by anyone did this twice at night after 10pm..."

"The staff were nice that’s about the only good thing to say of this hotel. The electricity keep shutting off the whole time I was there and they couldn’t keep the generator running. The WiFi was also very bad. Room AC old and barely worked. Nor did ceiling fan work. No regular TV but they did have smart TV to watch YOUTUBE or NETFLIX. Buffet breakfast a 4 out of 10. Location is a bit far from town but UBER works there. $20 per night so I guess I got what I paid for!"

"Very easy online prior check-in, beautiful little apartment, very clean, had everything we need and more, close to minimart and places to eat. Highly recommend and will stay there again when in Dar."

"My experience was great. I only stayed for 2 nights, but I really enjoyed. I never used the pool, but it did look to a good standard. The breakfast included was also tasty, not much to select from, but still tasty."

"The staff members went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast was delicious with many options. The menu options were nice and affordable. Every room service staff spoke clear english and reception always responded quickly. I like how the rooms have AC and a ceiling fan. The backup generator worked great during city wide power outages. There was an issue with critters but if you don't bring food into your room you should be fine. Peace "
