"Unfortunately, none of the rooms are clean, hygienic, or up to the standards. There is seepage in almost all rooms, there is no water supply from 11am till 2pm and one can’t bring their cars to the hotel. This is very inconvenient and we would like to seek your approval to have this reservation cancelled with full refund please.
