"Rude staff- no hospitality "

"Experienced was worst than ever I have used Expedia so many times and this was my worst experience I ever had even on Expedia account it says parking available but when we reached there nothing is available and even property manager says he is not responsible for Expedia for anything even at the moment at busy asked me to cancel the reservation so I am just going apply for refund. But will never ever recommend someone to stay here even it’s not about parking even the locks on doors even in the washroom lock is not available and even at the main door even kitchen is super dirty and even nothing is clean at all as shown in pictures."

"It's not like what Marriott property are , its like normal hotels in mussoorie. Nothing special , there breakfast and dinning area is also small , very less variety in breakfast , staff is very slow Food is ok ok "

"This is one of the best properties I've stayed in India( Mussorie). The service was top-notch, and the staff was always available for housekeeping and any other needs. I loved the buffet breakfast with lots of options and plenty of vegan choices. The restaurants on site are good to try, especially the indian fine dining. The views are amazing as well. i recomend this place if you are looking for luxury staycation"
