We pointed out the error, they were very responsive and put us into another room with "half" an ocean view. Whether this was because we were at the hotel before check-in time and they were aiming to please or whether it was because they had no full ocean view room is beyond me as the language was prohibitive. "The people who work here are beyond amazing. Very courteous, thoughtful, helpful individuals. The food was top notch. Oddly, I miss their version of chimichangas! If you look at google maps, there’s a shortcut down the hill to the beach. I walked it every day. Honestly, I walked to the yellow bridge and to Ceningan as well. The dogs barking at night was my only complaint. Everything else was perfect! Thank you for having us!"

"We booked a hotelroom an hour before arriving and there wasnt anybody who could speak english in reception. We waited maybe fifteen minutes to get there somebody to talk english and then he didint find our reservation. After messy arriving hotel stuff were super friendly, our cottage was very clean and beautiful, pool was nice and hotel area is really good taken care of. First place were stuff gave as a map and told information about the iland without asking. Only 5 minutes to the dream beach...
