"Be very careful with this hotel’s front desk. We arrived early (6:30 AM) after a long flight from the U.S. with 3 kids and asked to pay for early check-in. They charged us $551 for one night, while the normal online price was about $330. This clearly felt like taking advantage of tired travelers. When we tried to file a complaint, the staff refused to give their full names and hid behind “privacy,” which makes no sense for customer-facing employees. Things escalated to the point where they even called the police — completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. Traveling with family should not be treated this way. This was one of the worst hotel service experiences we’ve had."

"Staff was excellent and helpful! My family and I enjoyed the Toast during breakfast. We had a late flight out so they let us keep our luggage so we can do some more last minute shopping and sight seeing before heading to the airport late afternoon."

The only thing i did not like was that I booked a room with window, they even confirmed it at reception, only to find out that the window is locked and frosted so you actually dont see anything. Staff even told us not to open the window. So what was the point of selling me a room with a window? Lol"
