"A very easy place to stay in Lucca that is 20 seconds from the train station. All of the hotels and rentals in the old walls are not that quick or easy to get to, and driving within the walls is practically impossible so even taxis can’t always get you there. A good breakfast with options, and very friendly staff throughout. Great value for the money. "

"A well located hotel, just outside the city walls, close to the train station but quiet despite being on a main road.Parking is available. The inclusive spa is a lovely treat, especially if you book this for your arrival day, after travelling in. All staff are customer focussed, helpful, polite and pleasant. Breakfast is very good, plenty to choose from with healthy options and sweet treats. The fish restaurant next door was really nice and had a good choice of meals and wines. Our room (65) was well equipped and a decent size, as was the bathroom but the small shower cubicle was a disappointment given the overall size of the bathroom."

"The apartment was specially clean and well kept. The two bedrooms were very large and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you will need for cooking.The host Renata has been available and helpful for the booking, the check-in and the check-out. All communications were fast responded. We met her at the beginning and the end of our stay. She was a very nice person.The is well located, 5-minute walk of the old city of Lucca, 10-minute walk of the train station and 2-minute walk of the parking lot.Thanks to Renata."

"Diese Wohnung im Herzen von Lucca war für uns im April 2026 ein echter Glücksfall: verkehrsberuhigt nimmt man in direkter Nachbarschaft am Leben der Einheimischen teil. Einkaufen ist in direkter Nähe von früh bis spät möglich, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist man in der Wohnung sehr angenehm für sich. Neben Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmern, Bad und Terrasse, ist die Küche der zentrale Mittelpunkt und verbreitet toskanische Atmosphäre. Es ist für alles gesorgt, es ist alles sauber, alle Technik funktioniert. Check-in und check-out haben hervorragend geklappt. Keine Frage, wir kommen wieder."

"This is a bare bones hotel. Front desk is only staffed on a part time basis. If you need anything ask the cleaning staff. No breakfast, coffee, or vending machines. Nicely remodeled though."
