Exceptionally clean budget friendly hotel.. quiet and centrally located. Not a lot of amenities. Great if you just need a place to sleep. I would definitely stay there again.

Stairs to rooms on first floor, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up and down. Lovely room with a view of plaza. Very comfortable and secure electronic locks. Safe was locked and unusable . Great location in heart of Lucca. Very clean and comfortable

The room and staff were fine, though there is not a full-time desk person after 7:00PM and on the weekends. The biggest surprise (Not a good one) There is no elevator, so bringing up your baggage can be a problem. But it is in a great location and is very affordable.

This is a bare bones hotel. Front desk is only staffed on a part time basis. If you need anything ask the cleaning staff. No breakfast, coffee, or vending machines. Nicely remodeled though.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte in der Junior Suite. Das Zimmer ist wirklich geräumig. Das Bett war groß und super bequem, das Bad neu und sauber. Man kann sehen, dass das Hotel vor nicht allzu langer Zeit modernisiert wurde. Der Stil in rosa/grün hat uns gut gefallen. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Rezeption ist nur bis etwa 19 Uhr besetzt, man kommt dank Schlüsselcode aber jederzeit rein und raus. Besonders toll fanden wir die tolle Lage mitten in der Innenstadt. Dank der Seitenstraße ist es aber dennoch schön ruhig. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Hotel keinen Aufzug hat (so gut wie jedes „ältere“ Hotel in Italien). Koffer müssen also selbst die Treppe hoch- und wieder runtergeschleppt werden.

Petit hôtel simple et charmant, calme et réaménagé avec goût. Hôtel non gardé la nuit, pas de petit-déjeuner sur place. Douche un peu exiguë, mais la chambre est jolie, le plafond haut est agréable et le rapport qualité-prix très bien. Idéalement situé en ville. Bon acceuil. Je recommande.
