"The walls were very thin and vents connected to neighbors, so everything could be heard from neighboring apartments. Multiple guys who didn't look like they were even staying at the property were outside being very loud until late at night. The bed was so soft it felt like I was sinking to the floor and the sofa and chairs in the apartment were extremely uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in the shower and water on the bathroom floor at check-in. The kitchen had very minimal cookware to make...

"The property is well maintained and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. I especially loved the local cachaça. I would have used the gym and spa room more if it opened earlier."

"Razoável. Positivo: limpeza, cama confortável, chuveiro bom. Negativo: falta tomadas no quarto. Ficamos no chalé dois. No teto do box faltam um pedaço do forro, fiquei desconfortável com isso. Medo de algum bicho entrar pelo telhado. Café da manhã ruim. Sucos artificiais. Bolos muito ruins.presunto bem ruim. A qualidade dos itens do café estava bem abaixo pro valor da diária. Televisão do quarto pequena e não é smart. Tomadas frouxas. Tentei secar meu cabelo e o disjuntor desarmou. "
