The property is well maintained and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. I especially loved the local cachaça. I would have used the gym and spa room more if it opened earlier.

Adorei a estadia. Tudo muito bom. Fiquei no quarto 126, muito bom e silencioso. Refeições com bastante variedade. Funcionários extremamente prestativos, gentis e agradáveis. Não fui com criança, mas tinha recreador o dia todo para eles com muitas atividades.

Adoramos, entretanto tem pontos a melhorar. Quarto 43 banheira um risco a vida. Wi-fi enquanto não demos o IP de nossos aparelhos (que não é o ideal) não funcionou, ficamos muito tempo sem acesso. Pet friendly, não diria isso, não tem absolutamente nada para pet e ainda cobram 150,00 por dia, um assalto para não ter direito a nada, pois o quarto já está pago, precisam rever isso, ter uma sala de recreação, atividades, assim como local de refeição com o pet precisa ter estrutura (tínhamos que pedir guardanapo toda hora). Recreação para crianças excelente, comida boa, melhoraria as opções de jantar algo mais leve, ambiente e decoração lindos. Ótimo atendimento, todos com muita presteza e educação

Revolta com cobrança diária pet sem nenhum retorno
Foi solicitada uma cama king no momento da reserva e deram apenas uma opção de quarto com pet. Fou cobrada diária de 150 do pet sem nenhum retorno possível. Pelo contrário , o pet foi barrado no restaurante e precisamos fazer refeiçõess do lado de fora do restaurante .

Excelente hotel fazenda para descanso e lazer
Excelente hotel fazenda para familia e crianças. Amamos a programação da equipe de recreadores, o meu sobrinho amou a tia Nutela e tia Mingau. Toda a equipe era maravilhosa. Amamos as refeições, comidas muito bem preparadas e gostosas. Um reconhecimento expecial para o garçom Ari que nos atendeu muito bem. Pretendo voltar em breve. O local é ideal para descansar, contato com natureza, desconectar. Amamos tb a fazendinha com todos os animais. O Wifi funcionou muuuito bem em todos os locais, o quarto era amplo, limpo e bem confortável. Ficamos na suite master luxo no predio novo. O hotel tem bastante lazer para as crianças e adultos, tem atividades infantis até 22 h da noite. Amei também a área do spa com piscina termica, hidro massagem, sauna. O que tb adorei foi a hora do check out, 15 h, assim podemos almoçar e voltar para casa com calma. Minha familia amou e pretendo voltar em breve. Eu escolhi esse hotel pelo contato com animais e natureza, isso foi exatamente o que eu buscava.
