"The staff were friendly but unhelpful, I asked for utensils to eat my breakfast and they were insistent they were located on the table even though they were not, at check in I was carrying a very large backpack, they showed me to my room however did not offer any assistance with my luggage. The room was very noisy, paper thin walls, poor ventilation and very uncomfortable bed. It was an uncomfortable stay, I would not recommend this hotel"

The front desk staff were quiet and didn’t ask if we needed any recommendations etc. We were surprised that there wasn’t a coffee/espresso maker in the room. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious."
