"Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff are responsive and friendly. Would have rated this 5 star across the board except for a couple of things: on one housekeeping service, they failed to replenish toilet paper so I had to intercept a housekeeper in the hallway; second thing is that some of the rooms need touching up on things like peeling wallpaper. "
"The room was clean, and the view was great. There is a restaurant on site that has yummy breakfast. We opted for a la carte as we dont eat non halal meat. One meal was good for 2 people. These are large portions. The location is within 15 min walk of Chateau Frontenac. Lots of up and downhill, but very safe. "
"We loved our stay here! Firstly, the location was amazing, just next to the chataeu so we were in the thick of everything whilst feeling safe and quiet. All the staff were great. The room was spacious and well equipped and roof terrace and spa were excellent additions. We also liked the wine vending machine! A perfect stay in beautiful Quebec!"
"The bed and pillows are very comfortable. View from the room is gorgeous, like a picture. Within walking distance to the old town, super convenient. The breakfast is great. "
"My room was up-to-date and well-maintained, with generous space. I barely heard voices from the hall and never heard the plumbing from next door or upstairs. I’ve stayed in European hotels that were more expensive, one-third the size, and that needed work. The Sainte-Antoine puts them to shame.
The staff is great. Most are pretty young, with good English, but more importantly were very helpful and obliging. I felt treated as a guest, not just another American tourist. Thank you.
The location is close to all of the shops and restaurants of the Petit Champlain, and maybe a 5-minute walk to the funicular making it a great base for a vacation.

"Attentive and helpful staff; conscientious and thorough house-keeping staff, fine facilities, including some recent renovations. Our room had a street view, and the pub across the street did have loud-ish music that we were mostly able to mask with a white noise app. Our meals in the local restaurants ranged from good to excellent. It's high tourist season, and we probably wouldn't go again this time of year - but we are thinking about November
"
"Love the staff very polite and helpful, Ethan helped us check in. Hotel room is super clean while providing us the boutique feel, super close to all the attractions but because it's located in a quite small street so the night was quiet when sleeping! The girl in the morning is also super helful! Gotta mention the bed is the MOST COMFORTABLE ONE I slept in between all the hotels we stayed during the trip! Hotel Acadia will be our first choice whenever we go back to Quebec city! "
