"Great location in the centre of Lyme Regis. Good size comfortable rooms. Great breakfast, good food menu selection, good selection of local ales. Plenty of parking on site but can be a bit tight for manoeuvring when the car park is full."

"Hotel value for the money £108 for 2 Adults bathroom was clean with Dover body wash and Dover shampoo with a button for a blue light so if you get up in the night for a wee you don't wake the wife up breakfast was good lots choices nice coffee machines and the staff wear always bringing out fresh food and cleaning tablets was there was one young lady no older than 16 or 18 in house keeping she was very polite every time you walked passed she would good morning with a smile then say are you okay for or coffee she should be at the front desk at reception 10 out of 10 . The only bad thing is you pay for parking no good for a hotel"

"Hotel was very clean, but room decor very tired. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Not happy about payking and breakfast being an extra, especially as a buffet breakfast. Still decent value for money as excellent location"

"This is a great hotel if you are coming to Taunton by train as it is next to the station. There is also good free parking and it is only a fairly short and easy walk into the centre of town. There also pubs and other shops in the immediate area."

"Great stay at the Dolphin Hotel We had a great stay at the Dolphin Hotel in Beer. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after, and the breakfast was freshly cooked and really enjoyable. Everything was just as you would hope for from a comfortable, welcoming hotel. All in all, a great stay. If we’re in the area again, the Dolphin Hotel would definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely hotel, with incredibly warm and welcoming staff. We had our puppy with us who was well looked after and cared for by all. Restaurant was delicious and very attentive operations manager who ensured everything was of a very high standard and the dog was accommodated. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Easy check-in, staff helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Room kept clean, towels changed daily. Part of the hotel being refurbished with scaffolding on the frontage of the building, necessary but did not affect the view of the Esplanade and the estuary very much ."
