"One of the classiest hotels in Wagga. Lovely modern furnishings, comfortable bed. Extremely clean room and shower. Offers room service and minibar. Luxurious touches eg nescafe dolce machine. Would stay again. Rooms as pictured. Nice and quiet with a huge TV"
"We stayed at the Mayfair for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and polite and the room was comfortable. Having drinks at the rooftop bar was the perfect way to enjoy the evening. Not to mention, the location was fantastic and conveniently located across from Rundle St Mall.
I would have given 5 stars for everything if not for the slightly aged room. For example, all USB charging sockets in the room were broken. And teh layout was slightly odd, e.g. power outlets were in far corners and the room phone was tucked away in a corner almost behind the cupboard. I suppose thatās also because its a heritage building converted into a hotel.
Also, another little inconvenience is that there isnāt a proper driveway/drop-off point at the hotel and you need to get off/on at the loading zone along the street, but when the loading zone is full (which was often), itās really difficult to load/unload your luggage."
