great value for money staff helpful and ensures the caves were open for us. they communicate well and accommodated us a lot with early check-in and late check-out. has everything from pool, sauna, caves with hot pools and water slide and jumping platform. has other amenities we didn't have time to enjoy. fully equipped hotel only thing they can improve on is the sauna doesn't run that hot so a hotter sauna heater would really make it perfect!

Fun, tasty, comfortable. Welcoming, Convenient. Easy, relaxing. Best place ever. We will be back. 3 different types of pools. Sauna!!! The shower in our room was the best ever. Big room, awesome restaurant Thank you to the staff and team for the best stay we’ve ever had.

We really enjoyed our stay! Even though it was only a quick overnighter as we were passing through, we loved using the site amenities – the hot pools and mini golf were fantastic! The Family room was spacious and suited our needs well. Really great customer service. Very friendly staff and a prompt response when we had room access issues. We could hear a little road noise, but that was remedied by closing the bathroom door. The room mini fridge freezer didn’t freeze our freezer bricks & ice cubes overnight, which made our food storage a little more challenging. Would definitely stay again :)
