Welcome to our charming country estate in the heart of Mallorca's nature, Sa Font, where tranquillity and comfort come together to create unforgettable holidays. With a privileged location and panoramic views of the landscape, our stone house offers an idyllic retreat for families and friends, accommodating up to 6 people.

The exterior of the property is a true jewel, with its rustic stone architecture, surrounded by lush lawns and a private 10x5m swimming pool that invites refreshing dips under the Mediterranean sun. Six comfortable sun loungers and two parasols provide the perfect spot to relax, while a covered terrace with sofas and a table for six offers a charming space to share unforgettable outdoor moments. Additionally, a barbecue and wood-fired oven on the side of the house promise delightful evenings outdoors.

Inside, the rural atmosphere blends with modern and bright accents. The living room, flooded with natural light through doors leading to the terrace, offers two cosy sofas, a dining table, satellite TV, and an inviting fireplace. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is spacious and fully equipped, with another fireplace adding warmth to the atmosphere.

The house features three charming bedrooms, all on the first floor, two with double beds and one with two single beds, all overlooking the surrounding nature. Moreover, there is a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor and another with a shower on the ground floor for additional comfort.

Our country estate is the perfect starting point to explore Mallorca's treasures. Located on the picturesque village outskirts of Muro, just 8 car minutes away, you can immerse yourself in its history and enjoy its vibrant weekly market. 7 km away is Sa Pobla, a charming Mallorcan village full of life and culture. And for beach lovers, the breathtaking Playa de Muro with its white sand and crystal-clear water is just 10 car minutes away.

Sa Font is a beautiful villa set in lovely well kept grounds and the pool is amazing. The view of the mountains and sunsets are fantastic. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were most welcoming and the welcome basket stocked with goodies was very generous and much appreciated. The 100 euro deposit paid on arrival to the host is actually to cover the cost of electricity used during your stay which was somewhat of a surprise as we had thought it was a retainer in case of any breakages, fully expecting to get the deposit back. We understand why the hosts would do that but it needs to made a bit clearer when booking as we were expecting the electricity to be included in the cost. Top tip - Make sure you take plenty of insect repellent/ plug ins as there were lots of mosquitos about when we went in August. If you need to buy either of the items do not make the mistake we did and purchase them at a chemist, the supermarkets sell them much cheaper for a few euros each. Maybe citronella candles could be provided for use in the outdoor areas especially in the evening when you are sitting out. Car is a must due to the remote location and Muro itself is very quiet.

Ruhiggelegene Steinfinca mit tollen Terrassenblick

Nach einer Woche Aufenthalt können wir sagen, dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat und wir einen tollen Urlaub hatten. Die Finca entspricht den Beschreibungen und den Bildern, liegt abgelegen und total ruhig am Ende eines kleinen Schotterweges, hat einen hervorragenden und großen Pool und eine geräumige Küche. Auf den zwei Terrassen kann man in gemütlicher Atmosphäre frühstücken oder zur untergehenden Sonne ein Glas Vino zu sich nehmen. Da die Finca leicht erhöht liegt, hat man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Landschaft Mallorca‘s. Wer nachts beabsichtigt mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, sollte jedoch Ohropax mitnehmen, da die drumrum befindliche Tierwelt gerne gegen früh morgens auf sich Aufmerksam macht (Hühner, Hunde, Esel). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Traumhafte Finca mit viel Privatsphäre

Die Finca ist wunderschön, modern ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Unsere Highlights waren definitiv der große, saubere Pool, der generell super schöne Garten sowie die Outdoor-Küche. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn und kann daher den Blick auf die Berge in aller Ruhe genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir hatten in dieser wunderschönen Finca einen absoluten Traum-Urlaub! Das Haus hat Charakter und Charme. Es ist sehr liebevoll und im Detail eingerichtet und hat den typisch mallorquinischen Stil, der uns besonders gut gefällt, ohne altbacken zu wirken. Es war extrem sauber, draußen wie drinnen. Die Küche ist schön groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Generell war erstmal alles vorhanden, was notwendig war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen, das Grundstück ist sehr groß und wirklich toll gepflegt. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn und auch keine Straße direkt vor der Tür, dennoch ist man nicht im völligen Outback. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und genossen die vielen Tiergeräusche drumrum. Wir wurden liebevoll von Antonia und ihrem Mann empfangen, die uns auch einen üppig bestückten Willkommenskorb bereitgestellt hatten. Auch wenn es am Flughafen länger dauerte, haben sie geduldig auf uns gewartet. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super schöne Auszeit mit Freunden

Tolle saubere Finca mit viel Platz und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Besitzer sind super nett und haben tolle Ausflugstipps. Der Pool ist groß und sauber und man kann dort bei mega Aussicht gut relaxen. Rundum ein gelunger Urlaub! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!,

Fantastische Finca in traumhafter Lage und TOP Austausch

Die malerische Finca liegt sehr ruhig am Rande von Muro und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben insbesondere den tollen Pool sowie die praktische Außenküche oft und gerne genutzt. Also ein grandioser Familienurlaub, der definitiv wiederholt wird😊👍👏👌🙌

Familienurlaub an Traumlocation

Anlässlich eines runden Geburtstages wollten wir einige Tage mit unseren Kindern und Ihren Partnern verbringen. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit seiner Ortsrandlage und seiner nahezu perfekten Ausstattung die optimale Bedingung dazu. Mit dem eigenen großen und sehr gepflegten Pool, den beiden großen Terassen und dem schön angelegten Garten (bei Olivenbäumen die bereits viele 100-Jahre alt sind komme ich immer in´s Schwärmen ...) lässt sich der (für uns) optimale Mallorcaurlaub verleben. Man ist komplett für sich auf dem Grundstück, hat aber Meer und Strände sowie jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gut ausgestattete Supermärkte (sogar Sonntags) innerhalb einer Viertelstunde mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch für Ausflüge in die Berge (Valdemossa, Cap Fermentor) oder in jede beliebige Richtung fanden wir den Standort Muro super geeignet. Auf den Terassen fanden sich immer Möglichkeiten für ein schattiges oder luftiges Plätzchen, die Küche ist mit großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und Gasherd zum Mittelpunkt innerhalb des Hauses geworden. Noch nie hatten wir in einer Ferienunterkunft eine so großzügige Ausstattung von Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck bis hin zu Grillzangen, Spaghettizangen, Alupapier u.ä. vorgefunden. Es war einfach alles da! Da wir den bürokratischen "Check-Inn" mit der Agentur bereits online vorgenommen hatten, war das telefonisch abgestimmte Treffen mit den sehr offenen und freundlichen Eigentümern vor Ort völlig unproblematisch. Es wurden die Schlüssel übergeben, das Haus vorgestellt und Besonderheiten zu Waschmaschine, Klima-, Alarmanlagen oder Stromzähler erklärt. Das Körbchen mit den bereit gestellten lokalen Spezialitäten wie Rotwein, Melone, Keksen usw. empfanden wir als besonders herzlichen Willkommensgruß. So war übrigens auch der Check-Out am Ende unserer Woche völlig unproblematisch, kurz aber herzlich. Es gab einen kleinen Kontrollgang durch alle Räume und die (für mich angesichts der Verbraucher Poolfilter, Klimaanlagen, Waschmaschine usw. überraschend positive) Stromabrechnung. Für uns war es eine ganz besonders tolle Woche an einer perfekten Location. Man ist unter sich, hat alle Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung (z.B. nächtliche Sprünge in den Pool ...) und einen guten Standort für die Erkundung der ganzen Insel. Wir hoffen das es nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in "Sa Font" war und planen schon mal ...
