Es Turo by Rentallorca

Finca Es Turo is a spacious villa in Mallorca, perfect for large families or groups of friends. It is equipped with 6 double bedrooms and 7 full bathrooms, offering spaciousness and comfort for all guests.



The property has been designed with accessibility in mind, with ramps for easy access and a hydraulic seat in the pool. The pool area is completely fenced, ensuring safety for all. It has two swimming pools: a shallow one, ideal for children, and a deeper and wider one. It also has several terraces where you can enjoy the sun during the day or outdoor dining at night.



Inside you will find two fully equipped kitchens and two open plan living and dining areas, designed to share moments with a group. The bedroom located on the first floor is particularly spacious and has an adapted bathroom with extra wide doors, shower chair and grab bars next to the toilet.



The finca is located close to the beach, and only a few minutes drive from the stores, bars and restaurants of Can Picafort and Muro. The spectacular beaches of Playa de Muro and Can Picafort are only 2 km away.



We consider this villa to be suitable for people with reduced mobility. However, we recommend all our guests to check in advance if the accommodation is suitable for their individual needs.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- This rental does not accept groups of young people under 30 years old.

- The electricity in this house will be charged separately according to the actual consumption and the meter reading on check out. The electricity usage will be deducted from the deposit (0,35 Euro / kWh).



- Tourist tax not included:

From May to October, it costs 2.2 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.

From November to April, it costs 0.55 Euro per person, from 16 years and over, per night.



- The deposit is: 300 Euro (refundable).
