"The house was very clean and close to downtown Nashville. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. Suggestions: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; extra towels; new batteries for TV and fan remotes. There was some police activity across the street one evening, but we never felt unsafe. Overall, we had a great stay and a very fun trip to Nashville!"

"We were 8 moms and 8 girls in town for a club soccer tournament. The house was the perfect fit. Everything we needed was there. It’s a lovely property and was conveniently located for us between Franklin and Brentwood soccer games. A few negatives… the carpet in the guest house is in desperate need of cleaning or even replacement. One of the rooms on the lower level of the main house has something going on with the electrical. "Wife and I were looking for a home in TN and Charles was not only a great host but friendly, respectable and offered great areas to search. Everything we needed on the luxurious 2nd floor was provided. He makes the best blue berry scones. Can’t wait to thank him when we close on our new house!"
