Disliked: Room comfort
I need sleep
The room was cold, even though the hallway was not, space heater was good but noisy. The kingsize bed was low bar
Charming, restored house, clean, quiet and peaceful
I plan on staying here every time i am visiting student at MTSU instead of the commercial hotels, and I have tried them all and just wish I had known about this inn a couple years ago
The only criticism I have for this charming, relaxing property is that the bed we slept on was like a king sized army cot with the steel spring frame, and the pillows were akin to the disposable kind you get in the ER. That being said, we would stay at Carriage Lane Inn again, but we hope the bed would be a bit more comfortable next time.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
It was nice and quiet, staff was very helpful, clean but the yards and the house could use some sprucing up. Worked perfect for a base to Nashville.
What a beautiful home! Quiet, clean and comfortable. Our stay was easy and stress free and the breakfast (compliments of the host) at Pucketts was incredible. Will definitely be back next time we are in Murfreesboro! Thank you!
Amazing in every way! The Carriage Lane Inn is a grand home that takes you back to the 1899 era when it was built with bespoke furniture, elegant decor, and spacious manor rooms. Staying here is both a priviledge and a pleasure, creating a memory I will treasure forever. The hosts are fantastic, and the location is central to everything in Murfreesboro. More than excellent, this place is absolutely magical!
Really enjoyed our stay, but: not much soap in the bathroom, breakfast vouchers were nowhere near enough to pay for breakfast, would be nice to have some cookies or doughnuts for people with no time for breakfast on the morning they travel.
Charming Victorian home! We enjoyed hot tea and snacks left by the owner upon our arrival. We stayed in the Fireside Room. The bed was comfortable, a little bit creaky, but comfortable and we slept well. The house was very clean and the owner is super nice. There are vouchers for breakfast at a local restaurant in a cute town square with lots of shopping.
The bed was terribly saggy. The house was cute, but you could hear every little thing the other guests were doing/saying from our room. We got no sleep.
Pros: the shower had good hot water. The surrounding area was quaint and we were able to walk to the diner that they provide breakfast vouchers for.

So this was a cute little place, but the room was set up a little different than the photos, which was okay, but then the bathroom had a huge window by the tub with a SHEER curtain, and you could see right in to the bathroom from the outside...
A beautiful home. Comfortable and inviting. Though the pandemic made it impossible for them to serve breakfast, they provided coffee pods and gift cards for a nearby restaurant.
Everything was great. Like staying with family. Clean and convenient. This was our first experience with a B&B and I don’t think we will stay anywhere else.
Great time... We live here. My wife and I just wanted to hind from the kids a night.. Different than a hotel... not a bed and breakfast. Will recommend to family when they come to town.
The place was very clean and in good repair. However it is not a bed and breakfast. It is a room in a house and you get a voucher for breakfast redeemable at a nearby restaurant. So that took away greatly from the experience. Guess I didnt read enough reviews to know that. So for me the higher price was not worth it.
