"The room was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The overall experience was great. The area around the property is great. Plenty of shops and places to get food within a 5-10 minute walk. The WiFi in the building was a little hit and miss depending on how people are on it. Overall I highly recommend staying here."

I had an early tour, staff was so king and they send a breakfast to my room the day before.. that breakfast last me all day the next day during a busy trip to Amalfi .. hotel location so central it was safe to walk later in the night..A+++ I will be back for sure.."

The lift is not suitable for old people and women because is It's very cramped and there are two elevators, the first one goes from the reception to the common floor and then there's another elevator that goes from the common floor to the apartments."

"I only had one night in Rome and UNA did not disappoint. The location is fantastic and a good central point in Trastevere for great sightseeing. There was a bit of a delay getting my room on time but the staff were so lovely, and bought me a cocktail on their rooftop patio while I waited. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the views from the rooftop are amazing!"

"The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were clean. There is technically no front desk, which was a bit strange and no number to call if there was an issue. We did have the power go out in the hotel for a couple of hours.. luckily it was around dinner time so we stayed out a bit longer. Staff was nice, but I would try a different hotel if I returned to Rome."

However, the building is old, meaning the floors are creaky and annoying at night if someone needs the washroom.
