"The only thing that was awkward was the elevator if you needed to access the rooms on the south side. You had to get off the elevator and go down 4 steps carrying your luggage. We really liked the room, fireplace and private balcony with mountain view. We enjoyed their "happy hour" in the lobby seating area. A nice touch."

"I liked having three queen size beds in three separate bedroom areas. It worked very well for our group. But two things that I did not care for were related to accessibility and privacy. This unit is situated on 4 different levels. The bathrooms were only accessible by either climbing up stairs to the loft area or else down stairs to the 2nd level. There was no bathroom on the main level. Even to enter the suite, it was necessary to climb up a set of stairs. From a privacy standpoint, there is a large window directly across from the loft area with no drapes or blinds. I could see people moving in the next unit and I'm reasonably sure that they could see me in the loft bedroom. The need to be able to climb stairs should be clearly identified in the description."
