We loved Munich! We visited for 3 days and filled our time easily. A trip out to the Olympic Park is recommended, there is plenty to see there. We loved the food and beer gardens. A particular favourite restaurant was the Ratskeller at the town hall.

People are wonderful. The city for the most part is very clean. Nice history and architecture in old town, and plenty of things to do. The only part I was not happy with was the subway system. It was not as easy to navigate as other European cities.

Munich is an old city with lots of history, and it's rich in German culture. The beer gardens and open air market are fantastic to experience, and I'd recommend it being a high-priority destination for anyone wanting to travel to visit Germany.

Munich is an amazing Altstadt. Marienplatz, the Rathaus, Plazl & HoffbrauHaus, Dom Cathedral, St Michael's Church, St Peter's Church, Theatrekirche, Isator & Sendlingertor old fort gates and fine dining in the Rathaus keller are all great.

A fine city with an air of grandeur, inherited from the rich history. The great many churches, museums and other sites would make a longer stay worth while. Nymphenburg Palace is vaster than any other castle we have seen, outstanding!

Great historical city, best visited during mid to late September to avoid tourist crowds, The parks are great. It has an efficient train and rail service. It is a clean city, except for a few seedy spots, where the strip clubs are.

I would recommend renting a bike to explore the city. There is a bike rental place that you'll walk by on your way to the Marienplatz. It's inexpensive, Munich is very bike friendly and you'll be able to cover a lot more ground.

Munich is a wonderful city with lots to offer. I was in town from Berlin to see an FC Bayern game (Allianz Arena is about an hour away with the subway) but also highly recommend the Viktualienmarkt in city center :)

Munich is an enchanting city with so much history. Beautiful museums ( Sunday they are less admission fee) and bountiful guided walking tours. Clean, kind, historical city with SO much to do.
"We really enjoyed staying at the Airport Hilton in Munich. It was so accessible to terminal A where we flew out of. That is a really excellent set up. The bellman was extremely helpful and courteous. He took our luggage to the room and told us where we could get food, and how to get to our terminal early the following morning. The room was very nice and we slept well. It was a great end to our vacation. Thank you so much. We will tell our friends about your hotel."
