The showers spread water everywhere and make the bathroom slippery and unsafe. We were moved from our first room to another room with a slightly better shower enclosure, but still not great. "The lady that checked us in was very helpful and sweet."

"Best hotel in Munich with a great location. Super helpful and friendly staff in the heart of Old Town. Would recommend to all."

"Clean room. Amazing communal facilities."

"Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms."

"The front desk staff were very informative and helpful. They helped me with luggage storage and printing documents as well as being friendly and communicating in English. Which helped immensely"
