Bad bits - bathroom not terribly clean,no BBC on tv.,only ITV and Channel 4.No one visible for checkout. Food good and served quickly.Breakfast very good.General lack of care and enthusiasm about their customers."

"We booked a five night stay in a Deluxe Superior room and had to move after two nights. It was so noisy we couldn’t sleep, and our room had some maintenance issues that were not attended to after we asked on the 2nd morning eg bathroom mirror light not working in a dim small bathroom with no window or extractor fan (legal?). We asked for a refund as there was nothing deluxe or superior about the room. We were mislead. "
