"During our stay, we had a very good time. Hotel was clean and was taken care of well. Staff is so welcoming, nice, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly very friendly with authentic smiles. We liked the laid back and calm nature of the hotel. Saturday morning’s yoga session was excellent (we wish there were a few more sessions and advertised well). Improvement. Beach Access: It would be amazing if the hotel had a beach access similar to another beach two bars down. Or, have an agreement with their management to allow their guests to use that beach."

"The locations and vibe is amazing. It’s a perfect spot to relax. The food is limited there are three restaurants on the property and a food truck but it felt like we had ample options and they’re very accommodating. Would totally recommend for a relaxing getaway. "

"This was my 2nd time staying here this year! The staff is BEYOND amazing and attentive to their guests!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!! The rooms and balconies are so spacious! Food and drinks are great!! We are done staying at the north end of this island. This is my family and friends new "go to" spot!"

"The pool was a huge plus for our grandkids. We spent lots of time there between beach visits. The kitchen was well equipped and the snacks and breakfast supplies were much appreciated. The location was great. We loved being in Punta Sur as opposed to the North Beach area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and nice quiet beaches just a few blocks away on the other side of the island. Capi’s property management did a great job tending to anything we asked. "

"We stayed in the jungle room. Shower spayed the ceiling and water everywhere. No fridge, TV, closet. Pretty basic! "

"Everything about Maria Kan Kin’s was amazing! We had the Romantic Suite which was upstairs with a large deck and a gorgeous view! Lily, the manager was wonderful! The restaurant, Loretta’s has some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. The beach is fairly small but pristine, plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. You can order food and drinks from the beach. We truly cannot recommend this hotel enough. It made our stay in Isla Mujeres absolutely perfect!!!"
