"Check in was bad. We waited until after 4 to get in room and they were still finishing cleaning our room at a bad location in the lower level. Elevator near the room is not working. The hotel is in a good location near Sonesta Hotel and Sunset bar in the Maho area."

"We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Check in was very easy with a passcode. The property was exactly as shown in the photos. This was our second time staying in this complex, the property managers do a good job with maintenance and security. We love this area as there are two grocery stores and about 10 restaurants within walking distance. "

I wish i would’ve read the emails before hand about assitance with activities, chef and groceries, but there’s always next time.. felt very safe too "

"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "
