"I keep coming back to this property because of its vicinity with Victoria Mall. I will look for alternatives since this hotel started to charge $10 one way airport shuttle per person while the price is still higher compared to any similar US Best Western location. Something is rotting at the core of African hotel industries. "

"The service at the hotel was excellent. Probably offers the best value in Kampala for location and condition. The staff were all really brilliant and breakfast was perfect. Would definitely stay here again."
