"The person whom I booked for went to the hotel only to be told it was fully booked. So ended up paying for a different hotel. Can we get our refund back. "
"Bed and pillow were super comfortable. There was a loud mechanical noise outside our window for hours during the night - very annoying.
Staff are fantastic. Very friendly, polite and efficient. They really try to meet your needs.
No mini fridge so no cold drinks. No coffee in room - only 1 teabag and 1 cup for 2 people.
Universal power sockets which is fantastic.
Parking is so full with non-residents cars that they ask you to leave your keys. I refused and they accommodated me but it took about 30 minutes of stuffing around before I could park and leave.
Overall, it’s 3 star accommodation in a central business location. But in need of some room refurbishing. "
