"I was most excited to stay at this hotel during my trip, and it exceeded expectations! The breakfast offerings were beyond abundant and delicious. The amenities the hotel offered were so Impressive - from the massage chairs to the afternoon snack and the all day coffee/matcha - we were well taken care of!! Every room has traditional lounge/pajama sets and majority of the guests actually wore them throughout the hotel. My favorite part was everyone is required to take their shoes off upon entering the hotel and keep them in lockers and we all walk around in socks. I loved leaning in to the Japanese culture!"

"Nice hotel, conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with good beds, a washing machine, and all the amenities we needed. As we were staying on one of the higher floors, we also had a lovely view over the city. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, with the famous takoyaki (octopus balls) and other local specialities to try. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception for a couple of days while travelling to another city, which was incredibly convenient."

"Professional, warm and friendly staff. An amazing location (pedestrian area in the heart of the city). Great brekkie. Rooms are traditionally small; however they are well maintained. I’d stay here again quite happily. Thanks to the Gracery Team."

"The staff were awesome and friendly. The real star is the location of the hotel! 10/10. You walk out and youre surrounded by shops and restaurants everywhere. From the listing photos you cant really tell but when you get there you won't have a problem finding something to do or eat. Would definitely stay here again"
