"Free breakfast from 6 to 9 AM which was great hours. Free cocktail before 7 PM. They have mandatory valet parking at $60 a day. But is well worth it because everything is in walking distance. Once you park, there's no additional fee, if you need to leave and return within twenty four hours as many times as you want. "

"The management was great. It was very cold when we were in town the main building lobby and restaurant sient have good heating so they were closed 1 of the days. Other than that, it was a good stay."

"Negative part: the room was somewhat noisy because of the air conditioning and because of the noise outside. Otherwise the room was quite pleasant. Positive: all the staff members were very nice, vey helpful. The breakfast was a real breakfast and we could actually eat in real plates using real ustensils; something rare in many american hotels, even 4 stars. Also it is very well positioned. Would recommend "

And, The plastic edging on the shower ooor was coming off. They were very thoughtful to call and inquire if our room was satisfactory but we had just walked i and had not had time to look around."

"First room they gave me was on the 30th floor and key did not work , went back to attendant and they provide two keys, when we entered room, it had not been cleaned as the beds were undone. I had stayed here in the past and never had an experience like this"
