"Staff were very, efficient, pleasant and helpful. The facility itself, was also top notch. A couple of, (very personal) observations. The bed was extremely high off the ground. You could not simply sit on the edge, you'd actually have to 'climb up" to get on to the bed. If I sat on the edge of the bed, my feet were off the floor and I am a male of average height. This is personal, and your views may differ, but I found the mattress extremely uncomfortable, so got I virtually no sleep. The shower controls were a total mystery. though I have used similar setups previously without issue. It took me almost 10 minutes to adjust the temperature and spray level - to this day am not sure how I did it, just kept trying multiple settings."

"I love this property and this was my third visit. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurant food is delicious and there's plenty of free parking. The staff is professional and friendly. It's an easy 12-15 minute drive to the tourist attractions at Niagara. I've stayed in Niagara itself and much prefer the quiet of Thorold/St. Catharines as a home base. I highly recommend Four Points St. Catharines."

"My son and I stayed here when we visited Niagara Falls. We had a pleasant stay. Our room was clean, the staff was very helpful, and it was really quiet at night. If we visit again, we will be staying here. I needed a parking pass for our Falls visit and the front desk staff graciously printed it out for me."
