"The area was beautiful, the host was welcoming, the cleaning was daily. Food in the area was superb and plentyful. Boat hire is local. The driving in the local area was flatter than other parts of the island. There is nothing not to like!"

"As the booking was made we had a very good instinct that this was the right property. From viewing the pictures we were not expecting the Kitchenette, we were able to eat cooked breakfasts and dinners on the balconies and made our trips easier and lighter to focus on activities. "Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "

"We are a family of 5 arrived late at night from the UK and the owner helped us sort out dinner and arrange a car for the next door.Gave lots of advice.Excellent service. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. The pool was fantastic,kids loved it and also the milkshakes at the day bar. Great starting point for the rest of our trip."

"We’re just back from our honeymoon in White Springs Retreat and I could not recommend them more! 10/10 or 5 stars just isn’t enough. Vaios from the property who we dealt with throughout was absolutely brilliant, going over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, and was on hand to help with anything. The place itself is out of this world, unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before, and are likely ever to! It was 5 nights of total luxury that is well worth every penny you pay to stay there....

"Petros and family made us incredibly welcome, going out of their way to make my birthday special. We had a large apartment with lounge and balcony. This was well equipped and very clean, with regular visits from the cleaner. The breakfasts we really good value with continental, hot options as well as sweat treats and drinks. "

"Amazing peaceful place, with nice views and Nature! The place is very clean and well equipped with kitchen accessories. Both bedrooms have air conditioner, comfortable beds. Very peaceful place!. "Everything with the property was great. The cleaner even came mid stay with fresh bedding & towels. Just make sure you get in touch 24hrs before to arrange check in. There needs to be a mobile number not just an email. The issue lies with Expedia not the property. "

"It was great I loved the people so nice and welcoming always there when you need something very prompt at answering and responding. The only thing I didn’t like was the bees near the pool. It made me scared to go into it. They definitely have a nest nearby and also the eight dollar charge per day per that should be noted. "

"Liked the views, cleanliness and housekeeping and easy access to pool. Choice of supermarkets nearby. Maria the housekeeper was excellent and helpful. Building and surroundings were a little "tired" however a good budget base for exploring the wonderful island."
