"When we got to our room the temp was 76.5 degrees. Much too warm to sleep. So I called the front desk and asked someone to come and take a look at our air conditioner. We waited 30 minutes and no one came so I called the front desk again. They finally sent a maintenance person who gave me a fan and told me to open the window. We had a very restless sleep. In the morning the temp was still at 75 degrees. "

"The hotel was very well kept and clean. It is located in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the train station. The bus stop is a very short distance across the street. I would stay there again."

"Beautiful location and quaint cabins. Reception staff seemed distracted and indifferent. Three requests for hypoallergenic bedding were ignored and I ended up having a sleepless night due too feather allergies. The early morning reception attendant didn’t deign to take his eyes off the monitor when spoken too and was less helpful than the check-in attendant."

"Amazing setting. Some amenities were closed due to construction but we were aware of this before arriving. Don’t bother doing the planetarium. It’s a waste of money. "

"Hotel was amazing the pictures of the rooms dont do them justice, only a 10 minute walk into Jasper. We saw elk outside our room at night which was amazing! No breakfast included but i think that is a standard in this area. Rooms were very comfortable. Definitely a good option when staying in Japser."
