It’s a nice hotel. We didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast. The check in desk could be lower and towels need to be replaced, kind of thin.

Hyatt Place is always a great stay. Location is a little older and beginning to show. But all in all still a great place and is pet friendly. My only issue was that it took several minutes for anyone to come to the front desk to check us in. That said, I will almost always choose Hyatt Place if one is available. I wish there were more locations.

Good, not great.

Nice stay. The room was mostly clean. Bathroom light fixture was a little dirty. Shower took a long time to get hot. Other than that, a generally enjoyable experience. Staff was terrific, no major concerns.

Disappointed by not knowing the pool was broke. Also our bedding had a HUGE stain on it. It was very disgusting. It was very noticeable and shouldn’t have even made it on the mattress

I love Hampton Inn but this one seems to be showing some age. The hallway on the 4th floor had a terrible odor that made coming in and out unpleasant. The TV in the room seemed very old and the mattresses seemed near the end of their life. The breakfast was the weakest I have ever seen at Hampton Inn. There was very little selection, the waffle iron was not hooked up, the oatmeal was cold and there was no peanut butter. I mention these items because my autistic son loves all of these items that we normally find at Hampton Inn for breakfast. We paid a pretty high room rate so we felt pretty disappointed. With all that said, the room was clean, the staff was nice, and the location was quiet.

Pool closed

We get a room for my granddaughter’s birthday every year. We were so disappointed to get there and have the pool closed. I had reservations with no cancellation. No compensation was offered at all. I was very disappointed!
