There were a few minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but the property manager has been notified and indicates that the repairs will be done. The only real disappointment with the maintenance issues was the jetted tub in the upstairs loft was not working - button frozen solid and would not turn on. It is otherwise a nice bath, but I was really looking forward to those jets...
