"Our stay at Hôtel Taj-I Mah was absolute perfection. What truly set this property apart was the seamless balance between a high-end, luxury experience and a genuinely warm, approachable atmosphere. The staff's attention to detail was amazing, and we felt incredibly well-cared for from the moment we arrived. The little touches made all the difference, from the lovely nightly turndown service to the thoughtful chocolates left on the pillow. We were also impressed by how well they catered to gluten-free options, making dining both stress-free and delicious. A special shout-out must go to the ski room staff, who were fantastic and made the daily transition to the slopes effortless.
