"fun little place for sure would stay there again"

"The property is right on the water. Everything that they advertise is true. My husband and I kayak and there a was a nice spot by the house that was perfect for getting n the water. Everything in the house was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You do have to travel down red dirt roads to get to property. Surrounding neighborhood is lacking but neighbors by the property are very nice and keep their property clean. We’d definitely go back. Owners are nice and easy to get a hold of. We had no...

"I couldn’t rate this highly enough. The tranquility is amazing. Low traffic in the area, both on the water and the road. We were glad the weather cooperated on the final evening to give us a clear view of the sunset over the water."

"Great place with a great location for fishing on Lake Fork. Private dock and boat ramp is a major bonus. Huge house very well maintained, clean, and everything you need."

"Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"The place was immaculate! We had everything that we needed. The fishing was dismal. You really need a boat to catch fish on this lake otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also this place is close to Walmart and restaurants which is a plus!"

"The views are amazing. Seeing the dear in the morning and evening was awesome. The house is spacious and comfortable, we felt right at home. We appreciated the home being accessible with no stairs to enter. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience and for the wine! We didn’t want to leave."

"We stayed in the home for a CAST bass tournament on Lake Bob Sandlin. The home was super clean and beautiful. Great parking too! The home has a very nice dock on the water. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a very nice time staying at the home. Will be booking again in the future! The Host was excellent in communication and answered any questions when booking property. This is a very nice home with plenty of room."

"We rented the house for a fishing trip on pines. Good location and close to a boat ramp. Getting three extended cab trucks and 21’ boats in the driveway was a bit challenging but can be done. Great place for a group of 6 fisherman. Was clean and well equipped."

"The property is perfect. Expedia on the other hand is not perfect. They have the wrong address, no contact info for expedia or the property. For anyone else staying ill help Expedia do their job. Go into the ranch at the end of the road to find the suite."
