Bring your boat and enjoy this exclusive lakeside location for fishing. The house is centrally located on the lake and make it very easy to run to any fishing point. There is a private boat ramp within the property making it easy to get on the water. You could park your boat at the dock, charge your boat and not have to fight the lines at public ramps. There are plenty space for up to four boats. Since it is located at a calm protected finger, you could also beach the boat instead.

Don’t forget to bring your fishing poles. As one of the country's premier trophy bass lakes, 65% of the Texas Top 50 largest bass (including the current state record) were caught from this lake. We have caught trophy largemouth bass, strip bass, gar, crappie, trout, catfish, sunfish, and much more in the cove and around the dock/pier.

Making your way inside this grand home, you will be greeted with high ceilings, beautiful tile floors, soft comfortable hardwood furnishings, and custom windows that capture the surrounding beauty of this expansive estate.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, private on-suite bathroom, walk-in closets, and balcony overlooking the acreages. Downstairs has one guess bedroom with queen size bad and one study/bedroom with bunk beds, open kitchen with dining area, and the bright sun-filled living room with sofa that surround the warm, inviting fireplace and large 58” smart TV - the perfect place for a family evening or a romantic night.

At night, watch stars on the dock, firework on the shore, fish on the pier, or just sit around the fire pit for S’mores.

Guests have private access to the entire property (excluding the boat, boat lift, garage, and cabin), as well as boat dock, free high speed Wi-Fi, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

Fire ants, spiders, wild life and insects such as bees, wasps, and houseflies are very common in the area. Please do watch out and be vigilant. Stay on the walking path and open ground only.

b) No pets please: Deep cleaning and pet fee apply if rule is violated. We love animals but some people need a pet free environment due to allergies.

c) No smoking or illicit drug use of any kind on the property, inside and out. Violation of this rule will impose a fine of up to $2000.

d) Boat lift is for owner’s use only. It is not included in the rental and please stay off the boat. However, feel free to dock and charge your boat at the boat house.

e) Security cameras on property (exterior only ).

f) Subletting the property is not allowed.

g) Shooting is not allowed.
