"I want to take a moment to recognize the front desk staff. The agents I interacted with throughout my stay were kind and incredibly helpful. Agents were wonderful in helping me navigate public transportation to my desired destinations and I appreciated the additional food and entertainment recommendations that were given to me when my plans changed last minute. As for the hotel itself, it is located in a great area and it was very easy getting around on public transportation as well as walking....
