"the front desk attendant from Ukraine was amazing! He was so thoughtful, thorough in explanations, and so kind and a wonderful welcoming smile. The room attendant was also very helpful on numerous occasions to provide what we needed in our room. The bedding was SO soft and comfortable, and the room was very quiet, so we had good nights sleep. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub also. This is a very convenient location to walk down to the harbor and to the Newcastle ferry to that gem of an island."

"Spacious with kitchen, walkable to Stanley Park and many close places to eat. Great staff, clean room. Ordering taxi is one phone call away. Safe, quiet and free umbrella to borrow. Honest staff, got my purse back after I left in the lobby. Highly recommended!"

"I had a good stay here. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had all the things i needed. They also had free breakfast every morning, which was pretty good. My minor complaint would be the internet though. The guest internet connection was on some kind of safe mode, which meant i could not access youtube videos which were discussing certain subjects. I don't think adults internet access should be restricted to some kind of safe mode, which are meant to be for kids. Overall, a good stay. 9/10. Fix the internet (aka remove safe mode) and i would be inclined to give it 10/10"
