"Had another lovely stay at the QT Queenstown. We booked a Lakeview room and were returning for our second year in a row + regular QT stays. We were initially put in a room that had an obstructed view, when we went back and asked to move they were prompt and arranged a new room for us. We had some very personalised service from other hotels we returned to on our trip but the QT didn’t really provide or have insight into previous guest requests. Something that could have made our stay extra special. Otherwise a great all round stay, location is very convenient and room is comfortable and spacious. "

"We booked the mountain view room and it had amazing views of both the mountain and the lake. Hotel is in a perfect location on top of the hill with great views. Only a short walk to town. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was enjoyable. Only criticism is the pillows. "
