"Wonderful view and well equipped apartment. Easy to drive into town or catch the ferry nearby at the Marina stop which made for a great experience. Apartment is as described and very clean. We made use of all amenities including BBQ. Host was very responsive and helpful in solving minor queries. This is located on a very busy road with natural traffic noise but didn’t interfere with our stay. Would highly recommend. "

"The house was comfortable for our group, 2 parents, son and his friend. The views from the house are absolutely incredible, and we were blessed with the weather so had spectacular views of the lake and mountains every day. The house itself is a tiny bit dated, but this did not matter at all as it was fully equipped with everything you need, including a fabulous wood burner which kept the upstairs nice and warm. This was perfect for our family as we and the kids slept downstairs while my mom slept upstairs so as not to get woken up in the middle of the night. "Not a bad place to stay for 2 nights, halfway between Frankton and Queenstown city centre. Listing and guest book could do with an update as Netflix is available but an account is not provided contrary to the guest book guide which gives username and pw that dont work. Raised several things with host re netflix account, some black stuff coming out of bathroom tap, lastly the fridge made quite a loud and annoying noise intermittently seemed to go for a period of time and then stop, it could be...

"A bit tired..lots of rules to abide by “or you’ll incur a fee”..only communication was via email..no personal help regarding luggage storage prior to or after check in and out apart from contact a 3rd party and pay a fee."

"After initial difficulty getting in, the stay was very enjoyable. Ample space, plenty of dishes and cookware, quiet neighbors, and lovely view. Very close to the market place. The apartment was on the 2nd floor and we had a lot of luggage because we are in South Island for more than 2 months. I wish there was a trolley to haul the luggage. In general, I will strongly recommend this place for short as well as long time stay."

When in the large apartment you can soak in the many beautiful aspects of QT while only being a 5 minute walk to shops & restaurants or 10 minutes to the lake.
