Communication with the owner was on point- the gate to the tiny home had been broken prior to my arrival, a repairman was sent immediately to fix the situation. If you prefer spartan, clean and quiet experience, this property is perfect!"

"Enjoyed our stay, got to explore Lake Arrowhead, check in was easy, love that we had a parking space, Jacuzzi was clean and was on when we got there, Love the privacy and that they had towels for us. GPS will say that you are there but will have to move forward a little bit to find the place. It was quiet and relaxing, definitely coming back."

Otherwise the place was just like the photos, one block from the Convention center where my meetings were being held."

We enjoyed walking the historic neighborhood, going to local restaurants and having a central gathering place to assemble in between events. The host was kind enough to allow us to have a small post graduation reception for family members on their patio and even provided us with a bottle of champagne! "Nice neighborhood comfy little room"

"Direction into the property is a bit fuzzy since it's a gated community. But there was enough traffic that the gate can be opened by other cars going in or out. The host is always very responsive, though."
