"We had a issue with our plumbing, the toilet didn’t flush and the shower had back up from the toilet. The morning staff were informed at 8:00 am. No actions were taken although we were told they would call the engineer. We returned to the hotel at 6;00 pm and no one knew anything about our plumbing issues. We walked with the staff to our room and saw a flooded restroom with waste in the shower. We were given a new room but not offered anything else. We paid almost 300 dollars for our room that weekend and it was very inconvenient. We like this hotel and visit Reno regularly but…this was not the service or experience we expected. A discount or free night seemed like the least thing they could do to truly show us they cared about keeping us as customers. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel but might be our last."

"The rooms were comfy. We had an issue with the screens on the patio which was resolved quickly. It was nice having a full size kitchen to prepare meals even though we enjoyed eating at the onsite restaurant. I’m glad we decided to try the hot springs and left there feeling so relaxed. Great family friendly property. I’d love to go back."
