Pet friendly, private sandy beach/dock, Spectacular Winnipesaukee Lake/Mountain
This cottage is a perfect place to stay! It has everything you could think of for staying on a lake - lake toys, a great dock, a sandy beach, a fire pit, places to walk, a screened porch with seating and eating areas, great views, etc. etc.! Karl is a great host. We had a fabulous week.

What a wonderful home for a large group! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of this space. Two master suites (one on main level). The rest of the rooms and bathrooms were wonderful. Direct Water Access to Lake! w/ Boat Dock, Heat, AC, TV & Internet, Sleeps 6
Perfect location! Super comfortable, firm beds. House was clean and easy instructions. Great open view of the stars at night, and the balmoral beach and amenities are great. Kids loved fishing off the dock and we enjoyed the large firepit and stargazing.
