Luxury Lake House with Sandy Beach, 90' Dock & Panoramic Lake Views

"Alex's place looks excellent in the listing, but it still blew our expectations out of the water, it's just larger in person. The spacious living room with four enormous glass windows made for a fantastic hang-out spot with beautiful views of the lake all times of day. The highlight is the sandy beach, which is soft under your feet and stays shallow for 100' so our group could play frisbee and throw balls in the water. Close proximity to Braun Bay Sandbar was a selling point but we ended up enjoying the sand at home more and spending most time there. The many AC units and hot tub were fantastic as well."

"This was a great space for a family gathering, lots of room to spread around inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it nice to have to only bring essentials. The location was so beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Only thing I would suggest is maybe some updates to living room furniture and maybe a couple of kayaks or canoe to use. Checking in and out was simple with clear instructions. We really enjoyed our stay and made great memories."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Lake Winnipesaukee home! The location directly on the lake was fantastic, with beautiful views and a private dock right outside. The nearby town beach was also very nice and only a couple-minute walk from the house.The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and easily accommodated the six of us. The layout and flow of the house were very well designed, making it feel spacious and easy to enjoy. The large number of windows throughout the home brought in tons of natural light and allowed us to take in the beautiful lake views from almost every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of household supplies, including extra toilet paper and paper towels. We also appreciated that the home allows up to two dogs—our chocolate Lab, Dumpling, had a great time!Overall, this was a clean, well-equipped lake house in a beautiful location, and we would happily stay here again.Charlie and Julie K"

"What looks from the outdoor photo like an ordinary suburban house is in fact a splendidly spacious place with ample room to get together with others and with room for privacy when one wants it. The kitchen works well, the bathrooms are nice and clean, and the back yard is cozy and inviting, with a really good fire ring and chairs. The basement is almost as large as the main floor of the house; we reserved it for the single people and one couple who could sleep late while the young children and their parents slept on the main level upstairs. The location is very nice and convenient. We could walk to the nearest beach or take a 20-minute drive to the wonderful beach at Wentworth Lake, thanks to our hosts' having provided us with two vehicle beach passes. Anyone wanting dinner out can drive to Wolfeboro or Moultonborough easily, on lovely wooded roads. Altogether well worth the time and money involved."

"It was great to find a property that our whole family could stay at comfortably, including our dog! The location was great and the kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need. The only con was that the yard was not well kept and the putt putt course was overgrown and not usable. Also, the pool table and cues could use some maintenance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and are grateful for a place to spend time with our large family!"

"Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house. The size was wonderful for our group of 8 -- 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms that each have a shower, a big kitchen, a dining table with seating for 8 and pet friendly. Really met our needs well. The property has privacy and yet was only a 10 minute or so walk from the beach/swimming area, which was awesome. The hosts were great. Always very responsive, patient and informative in responding to my questions and requests for information. We highly recommend this house and host."

"Such a nice spacious house! And the view is spectacular! Very clean and neat. Wonderful neighborhood for walking too. It was a lot of fun playing games as well as dining on the front porch. Well stocked too!Aida and Jim were so accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Very nice place, would have been nice to have towels/sheets included! Our dog is older & had a hard time going into the water as the rocks were slimy, prefer a sandy entrance. Very secluded & roomy, owners were very responsive!"

"Can't say enough good things about this property. Nestled in a quiet cove on the east side of Bear Island, there is easy access to all of the attractions the lake has to offer. The property was clean and provided the lake experience we were looking for. Multiple grills, a second fridge on the deck for quick access to drinks, and a brand-new deck were all huge pluses."
