"Excellent hotel. Wait staff in Queens Head were great. Kamrul greeted us daily, brought barista coffee just as we liked it without asking us after first day. Very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. I would return."

"They were extremely amazing and quick to respond — my booking was confirmed within 30 minutes, and they managed to secure two rooms for five nights with no hassle at all. The rooms were very clean, the amenities were on point, lovely food at the restaurants in ground floor and the pool was a standout. The whole place is very family‑friendly, especially for young kids, which made our stay even better. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and made everything easy. The location is also a big plus — close to Manawa Mall, shopping centres, and plenty of restaurants. Overall, an amazing place to stay and I would happily recommend it to others."
